Reservations & Payments

A contract is deemed made when the Client confirms requirements in writing and we accept. Payment is due upon invoice unless otherwise stated.

Cancellation Policy

Club events: 50% refund if 90+ days before event, 100% charge if less than 90 days. Hospitality events: 100% charge upon confirmation. All cancellations must be in writing.

Force Majeure

Neither party shall be liable for failure caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including acts of God, war, epidemic, government action, or natural disaster.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore.
